2015 edit 2: Here are the official sizes, as they appeared in the StarCraft: Field Manual!
2015 edit: This was my version of Starcraft to Scale from Heart of the Swarm. Some of the sizes and artwork are out of date, and will be replaced with new, Blizzard-approved ones for the version of the scale charts that will appear in the Starcraft Field Manual.
(November 2014 edit: In light of Legacy A lot of this chart is somewhat out of date. I plan on adding more carrier models, scaling up the Hyperion, scaling down the Void Ray, and of course, in another year or so, when LotV is out, drawing the Spear of Adun, which is like 5-10 times the length of the Leviathan shown here. All of that will be in a new submission of course, I just wanted to let you know that things are going to be updated.)
For instance, the Hyperion should be larger than it appears here. Here's just the terran capital ships with that fixed.
The Brood War carrier pictured here also has imperfect proportions— here is what it should look like. And the next iteration will include more carrier models.
It's finished! Downloading the full size is a must, so you can see the detail in the smaller ships.
